These Lodge 88 scholarship applications are for the Fall 2021/Spring 2022 school year. Children of active members may apply.
Download the application instructions/form pdf below. Complete and sign the form, obtain the applicant’s most recent academic transcript, and submit all documents to any Johnston County Fraternal Order of Police Lodge 88 Executive Officer:
- in person anytime before October 19 or at the October 19 meeting, or
- by scanning all documents to pdf and emailing to the Johnston County Fraternal Order of Police Lodge 88 Secretary.
The Johnston County Fraternal Order of Police Lodge 88 will accept no applications/transcripts after October 19, 2021.
